Just an update on the Host1Plus review from earlier, the service is running smooth and zero interruptions according to my network monitoring LibreNMS (Observium fork) monitoring. There’s a slight gap in the reporting but at the time, the OVH VPS where I host LibreNMS on had a super small outage.

The server is located in Chicago and runs great. I’ve had no complaints so far and I’ve been very please with the performance. For the price, you cannot go wrong with choosing Host1Plus over other Chicago VPS options.
My friend’s girlfriend likes coffee and got a Keurig 2.0 a few months ago.
I’ve heard the technical side of the Keurig 2.0’s digital rights management (DRM) in their official “K-Cups” where the built in DRM in each K-Cup purchased at retail will only work with the Keurig.
Occasionally, I would get the dreaded “this setting is not compatible with the carafe” message while using Ekobrew’s reusable K-Cup which allows you to use your own blend of coffee, tea or whatever you would like in the Keurig 2.0 but to bypass this error message, I completed the following steps.
I brewed a carafe full of coffee by completing the following steps:
Unplugged the Keurig for 3 minutes or so
Pulled the Ekobrew cup out and wiped off the condensation from the previous cup being made
Wiped out the area where the K-Cup is inserted
The Keurig automatically recognized the Ekobrew K-Cup and started to brew the coffee.
The Ekobrew K-Cup can be purchased by clicking the image below.
